  • Does the dispatcher in the background come with the tuner?

  • @midink1967 Its an option. Just be sure to ask for it.

  • How do you like your DP tuner? I'm looking at a 99 7.3. By the way how do you get away with emission living in California?

  • @Farout397 Nothing on my truck is against CA SMOG. You just have to be careful what you do and how you do it. I can pass SMOG by putting the tuner in stock mode.

  • Cool. But i want Mr T

  • What all is stock on your truck, I'm thinking about tuning mine but I want to know what I can get out of it without hurting anything. Like the tranny. Can a stock transmission handle the 140 aggression tune?

  • @TheMightyMatt67 The easiest way is too look at the side molding. On an early 99 it will extend to the rear tire on the bed. On a late 99 through 2004 it will only be on the cab. If there is no molding there are other ways in the engine. But molding is the easiest.

  • @TreySpooner Also do you know how to tell if you have a early 1999 ford f250 or a late 1999 f250?

  • @TreySpooner K Thanks alot

  • @TheMightyMatt67 The best setting they offer for economy is 60HP Economy. But dont expect to see a large jump in MPG. That is a common misconception. What these tuners do is increase your EFFICIENCY, which is basically the amount of power produced per units of fuel used. A good tuner will increase power, with out costing you more fuel, thus raising efficiency, but not MPG. You may notice a SMALL MPG increase in economy settings, but dont count on it with ANY tuner.
