If this was Massachusetts the gun owner would have lost all of his firearms and faced Jail time even though he obeyed the storage law. Mass is one of the States that you need a License for a key chain bullet, you cannot even have an Empty shell casing on your property with out a License or FID card. I knew someone who went threw this and paid over $8,000 fines for being a victim but the bad guy got 2 years and $1,000 fine and only served 3 months.

Does the media consider every gun high-powered? There was an ATF op in Philly where they recovered a Keltec SU16. They made a point about how it fires the round our troops use in Iraq, and how it can penetrate a bullet proof vest. Oh well, on to a story about a toy that could be deadly, we'll tell you which one at eleven.
