This is because you're probably addicted to caffeine and so the effects of the drinks are null. If you drink them often, yes, they are bad for you. Do some research.

Are you craving for a chemical that eats holes in your brain? Is your life boring and you are in need of a death from a sudden heart attack ? Do you like spending money on fixing cavities in you mouth and would love to join the growing number of people with cardiovascular diseases?
If this is sounds like you then - get your energy drink today!

@hewittdj1 Actually I'm not lol, haven't had a soda nor energy drink in over a month, rarely have them anymore... the MAX amount of energy drinks I've had close to eachother is 1 a day/2 days max Vs. what some people do, which is 3-4 a DAY!

I've never tried any energy drinks, don't plan to. I feel bad enough that I'm like pop (soda), and I don't drink coffee. caffeine is very addictive.

@FRr3AkOnALEaSh You're addicted to caffeine bud

@FRr3AkOnALEaSh EXACTLY!
is it ok if children have like 1 a week or 1 month

@gogo123480 For the long term "associative effects" I would not let any of my children drink these. Why give your kids a crutch? They WILL have a energy boost which can lead to addiction. To their young mind, it appears that if your are feeling down/tired, drink one of these.
The is much evidence that addictive behaviors like alcohol and gambling are genetic predispositions. Do you really want to experiment on YOUR kid?

@kelseysbasement Please read the comments I've replied to earlier. Basically "bad" is relative and so is "often". do your research and make your own determination.

wait? So caffeine breaks down bones...hold up! What if I drink 1 cup of Coffee a day, which isn't much, in the morning and afterwards I could eat 2 pieces of swiss cheese, should that make up for it? Cheese does have calcium.

@EricSchwin22 Just because you intake calcium (calcium citrate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, calcium sulfate, etc) does not mean your body will absorb it.
