This recording from ex-Yardbird Keith Relf dates from early '76, and is one of the last songs he wrote for his new project: the band "Now" which was about to involve the same line-up as the early "Renaissance" pre- Annie Haslam.
After Keith's demise, the band would eventually resurface as "Illusion" with his former bandmates: Jim McCarty, Jane Relf, Louis Cennamo and John Hawken + two additional members: Eddie McNeil and John Knightsbridge.

As a special request, this is dedicated to 68generation! ;-)

  • Went to see Keith's grave in Richmond cemetery last week and was literally schocked. There wasn't a tombstone according to the family's wishes, also no flowers but an old dried-up rose bush twig with weeds around it, so I decided to go to a local shop and buy him a nice flowerpot with heather and hyacinths...I think he deserves this and much more!!

  • Great song love the picture of Keith Relf what a cutie....

  • Jim McCarty and John Hawken were in Toronto playing recently. I am SO sorry I missed the gig. John Hawken is a true gentleman, and talented as all getout. 'Hope he's in the best of health and comes back again....

  • @2PinkFreuds tar for the reply;so sad that such a talent was taken in such a way.
