PIG's first video, from 1988. Cheesy 80s video effects, bad lip syncing, and Raymond Watts (KMFDM) looks about 14. Kind of adorable. (Video and audio aren't coordinated, but were in the original).

  • I dunno, Ray, En Esch, and everyone who's had anything to do with KMFDM recycles lyrics, I think it's really become more of a trademark than anything else.

  • Man, I personally feel that Raymond Watts SHITS over Prince but that's just my opinion.

  • Heavy drumbeats......Powerful creepy lyrics....and dread filled synth....Love this song and the video......That image of that figure walking into the blue light...Looks like a guy with a bucket on his head holding a shovel...

  • I bought this record at a record store because I liked the cover. It's pretty fucking cool.

  • thanks !!!

  • I actually have the record . Its because of this song that i got it.

  • Agreed--a lot of music from the '80s (and currently with all the 80's imitators out there now) sounds empty/minimalistic-- especially vocally. In Pig's case, however, and that of a lot of other industrial acts (and glam acts-- David Bowie, etc.) I think that that's the point. They're singing about various types of spiritual emptiness.

  • Shit for brains and I piss in my pants

  • I dont want to download anything from PIG! Going to get everything I want on CD's. Actually there are a lot of offers, including very cheap if you want used stuff. Of course I'm not happy about CD's for $100 and more. But I wonder about fans who are selling their collections. I would rather sell my mother.

  • Yeah same here. I think until his cds are re-issued dloading is the only way to go. I am lucky enough to own originals of his albums that I worked my ass off to find on-line or on ebay. I fluked a couple like the Painiac single so was lucky really. Good to know there are lots of fans of his work out there :D
