This is my Grandma's recipe for battered fish. She used to own a Fish & Chip place here in my city. I knew my Gramma well, and she know her stuff. Hey Gram, this is for you!

  • Nice vid man, well done. I am chef and an English man. We always place the fish into seasoned flour before placing in the batter here in England and sometimes we add a splash of malt vinegar to the batter this seems to hold the batter better when you place the fish in the oil and why no mushy peas?

    But great job and good editing on the film. I give you a 9 out 10

    oh and another reason why ur fish was very bad. u put an EGG in the batter. the yolk of the egg is fat and fat makes the fish way less crispy as it should be.

    no offense, but if this was ur grandmas recipe then she must of had a horrible fish and chip shop.
