@1CaptainAustralia1 Its not about being right or wrong, its about going through the right process. Terry Hicks and I agree that David made some very unwise choices but he didn't (imo) as bad as say a drunk driver that endangers many innocent people's lives. Its been nice talking to you but please if you don't like being examined or challenged don't make outrages statements. I don't make excuses for anyone, Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
@millertas Hey sure, whatever fits your political views. I'm kind of bored of talking to a brick wall now who can't even acknowledge personal responsibility, uses the right to vote as something to throw around when you don't get your way, and even drags things into the gutter by making excuses for the Taliban. I can only school you so much, you'll have to mature your sick and twisted excuses and view of things yourself. Go ahead and type out some other brainfart that I'll ignore, ciao
@1CaptainAustralia1 Justice is NOT a technicality. He pleaded guilty after years of detention and torture. This evidence would be thrown out immediately in any proper court of justice in Australia and the USA. You see things in goodies Vs badies and the world is not like that. Time for you to grow up, time for you to stop hiding behind an Irish Comedian and show yourself. What is wrong with me? I care for justice, I care for this country and for this world, I care for the truth.
@millertas nah, without going into the technicalities he was indeed in breach of a number of laws and at least pleaded guilty to one of them, probably a waste of time pointing that out to someone as closed minded and plain ignorant as you though. And now on top of your other weak excuses you're actually making excuses for the Taliban because of their history as a supposed lesser evil in a different time in a past conflict? Are you touched in the head boy? What is wrong with you?
@AussietheAustralian i before e except after c - Its receiving not recieving. Just wondering where you got your education and I'll make sure noone I care about goes to the same place,
@1CaptainAustralia1 So what you say to me is you don't care for justice and that might is right. The spoils of war rightly go to those who win. If you honestly believe that then you are the misguided piece of shit. Did you know that the Taliban were part of the Mujahideen that the West supported to oust the USSR out of Aghanistan and the training camps were started by the CIA (I suppose you think the CIA is a fanatical piece of shit).
@millertas If it's not against some law to fight for the Taliban in Afghanistan I couldn't possibly care less, he was an enemy combatant lucky to be captured instead of killed and by pure luck wasn't engaged in a firefight with someone else coming across him. A misguided piece of shit with a target on his head just like every other fanatical piece of shit fighting for the Taliban. Dumb actions have consequences whatever your pathetic politically motivated excuses, there's a message for you.
@1CaptainAustralia1 Light Price? WTF 1/ He did not break any Law at the time. 2/ You get less for murder. 3/ He never shot at anyone NOT ONCE. You believe in what you like but please you understand nothing about justice or the justice system. Would you put a bullet through the head of a drunk driver? They are being less responsible & endangering more lives. You still didn't answer my question about what message you think should be sent. Lucky you are not in charge we would have had WW3 already.
@millertas You don't understand personal responsibility, moron. He paid a light price for his actions, unlike people captured by those he was fighting for. Let's hope our armed servicemen would have no hesitation in putting a bullet in his head if he didn't surrender, no matter what his race.
@1CaptainAustralia1 You really don't understand the justice system or the separation of powers do you' Please inform me if you have any intention of joining the Armed Services or the Police because you don't understand what you can or can't do. Thank goodness those in our services do, it is the US Armed services I worry about. If he had been shot in the head, what message would it send? To fight to the bitter end? To not trust the yanks? To fly another plane into their bulidings? What?
