The so-called international boundaries have always been fluid: either because of state maneuverism or people revolting against the state system. Thus changing hands and re-drawing maps. One needs to see things through the eyes of history, independently and honestly. A fact that Uyghurs are NOT (Han) Chinese, will not change the course of history. Should I remind about USSR and/or Yugoslavia, and their break-ups?
