the cop is even telling the drunk to turn around & put his hands on his back when he is face down (01:15) .. the drunk on the other hands is disobeying till the end when he tells the cop he is not resisting arrest, while trying to get his arm loose n_n

@ploetzlich30 I agree any drunk who gets behind the wheel is an asshole and can and have ruined ppls lives. But really who is the bigger asshole the drunk or the cop? Not all cops are bad, but for years they harass and send people to a place, where there is murder, rape and mental torture. The list goes on and it's for what,, early retirement!? Or maybe they are missing sympathy, empathy and understanding. Ya know it kinda reminds me of a thief.
