This is the first time ever attempting rows with chains - a 30-pound chain on each side of that weight feels like 245-250-pounds. I could only get five with the left.

  • Where'd you get your chains at???

  • @nismoz31turbo I believe it was from New York Barbell back in 2006. They no longer sell the 60-pound set but now sell an 88-pound set (even better).

    (Edited for grammar)

  • The chains are used for the same reason they are used on squats, bench press and deadlifts - to increase the progressive resistance going up, to get past sticking point and get stronger.

  • Strong form bro.

  • just try smaller weights you can put on more to get the same poundage, but actually get a full range of motion

  • TERRIBLE FORM. NO WONDER YOU LOOKE LIKE SHIT

  • Once again like all your videos show the onlything getting worked out is your ego and gravity....

  • What do you train for? Armwrestling?

  • half row..that's the weirdest dumbbells ever.

Stan Efferting bench 215's and those look like real dumbbells.

  • Sua coluna te agradece!

  • They had to chain it to the ground, so nobody would steal a 200lbs dumbell.

  • I can do this with my eyes closed.

  • Are we listening to what your listening to in the video?

  • Nice job very strong!
