angelo9565 En contraposición a tí, a mi gusta escuchar voces líricas interpretando canciones populares selectas (ej. Luis Mariano en España y las del Musical play americano). Coincido en que la pronunciación del dialecto napolitano es mala en Corelli. También coincido en que la interpretación de esta "Passione" es soberbia y única, pues transmite la pasión de los versos de Liborio Bovio, como el autor la concibió.

@axelmimi Di solito detesto le canzoni in tecnica operistica, ma qui Corelli fa un miracolo; non conosce il dialetto napoletano, che pronuncia malissimo, ma interpreta perfettamente il pensiero di Libero Bovio, il grande poeta che scrive questi versi. Nessun tenore è stato più sensibile. Questa è la vera arte, e vale più di ogni chiacchiera di confronto delle voci

Soberbia interpretación, la mejor de todas sin lugar a dudas. En justicia Corelli fue el mejor tenor del siglo XX, por voz, temperamento y entrega al cantar. Los tres tenores nada que ver a su lado.

I have never been a Corelli fan.
BUT Corelli's rendition of "Passione" gave me goosebumps!
When he sings:

I understand why his fans speak of the "Prince of Tenors."
