daschoppa - It's easy record with FRAPS at 100 FPS and then use Divx logical 2 CPU's codec and set it to 3 it gets you a decent quality - If you wonna check out the quality then check my video out "Play Quake Live" :) hf with it

Improve your quality, improve the bitrate, use the right codec, your sound quality is pretty bad in the background, etc. etc.
