dont let them land on the roof put more lats on stad out of the way then throw the flapper starve them to learn them

You're open loft door probably isn't helping if that isn't normal. Also make sure all the birds in the loft are hungry so the birds can hear the feeding frenzy. Nice job!

Lots of very tall buildings around doesn't help. In fact this is one of our better 'coming in's' , sometimes it takes 10 minutes in total!!! Annoying! Do you use clocks in Kuwait? Once the pigeon is in i have to take a rubber ring off and put it in the clock. Maybe you have the same? I have to get better at getting them in!
