Here I show you how to use shortcuts to do the following things:

- Open Command Prompt Here

- Copy a Drive to a folder

- Display contents of a file

- Comparing 2 files

- Save Folder contents in a text file

- Save a "Tree" of folders to a text file

You can find out what the commands (like xcopy) can do by going into "CMD" and typing the command then "/?" e.g xcopy /?

  • @SLHappyEmo101 %0 is the name od the file, %1, %2, %3, %4 and so on are ARGUMENTS that you use in MS DOS programming to run the program. So %number are variables which are used as arguments and %n, %i are you own variables used in programming. %%n is a variable used for THE "FOR" loop. And you have alse %n%. Can't remember what it was... :) Also a variable!? Sorry for the confusion.

  • What theme are you using???

  • Once again, superlative work.
