When you dump that much money into the system of course there are gonna be gains in the financial markets they got at the very least a trillion, probably closer to 8 trillion dollars. The only folks not seeing gains is the average hard working american. The rich are filling their pockets with what little funds the poor and middle class have.

What the hell are you talking about? Where do you think the middle class gets all of its jobs and employment from? The poor, the government? No its from the rich money that gets reinvested in the economy. It was your Commie leaders that shipped all the jobs overseas in favor of 'free trade' and globalization and GDP.

You really think that the banks made the money legitimately? His vision of taxation did exist up until the 1980s. Back when we were a creditor nation, we had industry here instead of shipping it overseas, wars were payed for by increased taxes and we had a thriving middle class. Keep in mind that Bush was President when Tarp was enacted. Also that cutting taxes for the wealthy with the hopes of it trickling down has been proven time and time again to not benefit the middle class..

I believe we have legislation to fix that.

One of the problems is that american gov is so corrupted by business influence.

Many european countries have the things you want.

Hopefully we can get proper laws passed to allow shareholders to control their company, but I fear anything worthwhile is heavily watered down.

Yet without regulation, we know that a business will not want shareholders to be in power.

People have been unemployed even under our best economic times and theres no country where theres ever been 100% employement, and thats taking out people that dont want to work.

They say 10% because once you stop getting unemployement benefits you are no longer counted as unemployed. Some of the unemployed are no longer on unemployement.
