caloriecount.about.com is a great way to keep track of nutrition. it not only keep track of calories but also of basic vitamin requirements.

@xkristenn2058 i hate when people say this god its like yes im skinny BECAUSE im on a diet! really is that not the point of a diet? to get you thin? im on a diet to stay thin it just makes me so mad when people say that like r they dumb?
How can you only eat 900 calories a day? I thought that below 1500 was dangerous? Please note that I am not bashing, I am asking because I am trying to learn how to eat healthy for weight loss...attempting to retrain my brain about how I think of food. I just want to understand your method.

1200 calories is what is recomended for a woman who is dieting, I asked my Dr. if you want to lose you need to keep track of what you are eating, it is NOT obsessive it is how you get results. Everyone is giving this girl crap and they do not know what they are talking about. Americans are over indulgent and overall FAT. Look at people in other countries like Okinawa Japan...they eat about 1200-1500 calories a day, are not overly skinny and live to a ripe old age.
