Vertigo Sound VSC-2 Compressor And Neue Heimat Rack Mounts: 122nd AES Video

We stopped by the h&e Studiotechnik booth at the AES Vienna show to see some very nice rack units. First of all Andreas showed us the Vertigo Sound VSC-2 Discreet Quad VCA Compressor.

Of course this is a boutiue piece and has some very fine components living inside to give the just right late seventies vibe to your recordings. One might infer that it might give you the sound of the quad compressor on the big SSL 4000 series boards.

After that we see some very nice rackmount solutions for all those old German preamp models you see on Ebay all the time. The Neue Heimat Rackmount solutions that h&e had at the show had what seemed to be old Telefunken modules racked in. Very nice!
