Why do they employ women in the mines to drive trucks.. instead of males...... durrr...they are easier on the gears....

this is an abomination...! it has been statisticly proven .... women are better drivers then men.... i am not saying that men ar not good drivers...but women have less accidents ... and therefore are more observent and careful..
