The Beat Bearing Sequencer or aka a drum machine:
So this is my first drum machine build and video that I've done. Special thanks go to Brandon Henderson for helping me take on the daunting role of this project. By daunting I mean we had some crappy code but he re-wrote it from scratch, while I did the physical build and design of all lexan pieces and hardware mounts, all designed in AutoCAD by myself with some adaptation. Special thanks to LaSan for figuring out how to assign any individual sound samples from Ableton Live to our drum machine. Lots of sleepless nights and hours went into this successful project. Thanks again guys for stepping up and coming through. Perhaps more different drum machines will follow, especially after this wonderful experience. Another special thanks goes to Make Magazine and Peter Bennett for the inspiration.
