@alexseroxat no... life has not been proven to be on Mars and the only water we find on Mars is very small incremental amounts that also happen to be frozen. Finding life on Europa would be the way to prove that wherever there is liquid water, there is life. There might also be life on Titan which would prove that water is not the only substance in the universe that can sustain life which would broaden our horizon for the search of ET.

If there wasn't an extremely good chance that there was life on it they wouldn't of sent a ship to travel all the way to it retard. It's likely that life is under the ice.
