if ur gonna take animal pak, drink mad water. over a gallon for sure. the amount of stuff in this is unnecessary. seriously if your pee is green after a supplement then u do realize most of its contents were just peed out right?

stick a multi with lower dosages of vitamins, get the same results n save some cash.

By far the best multi vitamin on the market I was using muscle pharms armor v for a while till my friend showed me pak it works very well
