@bern1417 okay i agree with most of that, i bet u r a loyal pens fan but a lot of the fanbase only came in after crosby, u said that would happen with all fanbases, history has shown when the flyers are bad their attendance is great, its not just pittsburgh, and it was mainly cus u guys got fucked over but places like boston think they are a hockey town and that pisses me off, the bruins are the 4th team in boston and hav finished in the bottome 10 in attendance 6 of the past 9 years before 2011

@Flyers20Fan cont..17,000 is an avg size.I'll give you there have been quite a few fans who only started watching hockey when crosby came,but that happens in every city.however,you're chirping to the wrong guy.I've been watching the pens since 1986(long before you old man came in your mom :) ) so I haven't gone anywhere win or lose.When an asshole owns a team and purposely fucks the team and city people get pissed..If comcast owned us from the mid 90's there wouldn't have been an issue.

@Flyers20Fan you shouldn't debate shit you know nothing about.I suggest looking at wikipedia and you'll see for yourself why they were threating too leave.No shit philly has 19,500 they also have almost 6mil in their metro area compared to us having 2mil.That's a drastic difference.Our asshole gov. was the main reason for them threating to leave.Funny bc he's from philly huh?Now our gov is from the same township I'm from and western pa will get more shit.

@bern1417 uhh 17, 167 is a small stadium buddy, it wasnt until 2007 that it was filled, the flyers fill their 19,500+ stadium every year no problem, yeah the new stadium isnt big either, never said it was, 2006 was when crosby played but the pens werent doing as well and then they saw how great crosby was and the other younger talent coming in so the fans started coming more after 2006
