I saw her in rent the remix in the westend and she was AMAZING -- soo surprised how early she went out! she's soo good!

Francesca is a west end star, she did west end shows before auditioning for Nancy. its obvious the part meant a lot to her, she also has one hell of a voice

This song is called 'Maybe I Like This Way' from Andrew Lippa's 'The Wild Party.' Francesca has a nice tone and texture to her sound. However, I'm not sure she has the strength or vocal stamina to do 8 shows a week in the West End. I Saw her as Maureen in Rent and she wasn't great, I have to be honest.

Why was Amy better than Francesca?
Francesca was a brilliant actress with a brilliant voice, Amy had a little bit of screechy notes, she was a brilliant actress and displayed a lot of emotion, but was a bit too cheerful and lah di dah for Nancy, Francesca has a sort of Nancyness about her :)

i think this just shows how much fran can do, and also how much the pressure of the lives shows got to her. It's obvious that the problems she did have during the show were merely to do with the fact that the role of nancy meant so much to her and the idea of criticism live on tv meant that the nerves really got to her. Francesca is a truly amazing performer and definitely deserved to go further in the competition.
Plus she's just such a lovely person!!
