I have the early 1970s Stray albums [Eeeeek, vinyl] & only learnt that Iron Maiden did a "cover version" this week. It is brill... but speeded up a little bit too much?

This was one of the b-sides to the "Holy Smoke" single, which was the first with Janick Gers. The original version of this song is by a band called Stray, from their 1970 debut album.

I just finally checked out the original version and it's very different...but great as well.
