She did have rhinoplasty. In her early 20s her nose was different than it is now. It didn't just become much narrower, straighter and more defined by itself.

The nose-job was subtle enough that people debate whether she even had one...but the change to her overall facial aesthetic was dramatic. She went from being a very pretty girl/young woman to a stunning amazon.

Michelle Pfeifer, Halle Barry, Salma Hayek, Sharon Stone, Natalie Portman, Nicole Kidman...all have had rhinoplasties.

not necessarily, and actually unlikely. everyone's nose starts out being round when they're young, and then becomes more angular and shaped, along with the face, as they lose their "baby fat" and grow into adulthood. if you've got an angular nose, then the same happened to you. no one is born with our adult features. we all grow into it.

i think her face looks a lil different then when she was younger its because her eyebrows weren't waxed as they are now... well that's wut I think anyway... Any violent reaction?? :S...LOL
