You are both wrong. A terminator is an 03-04Cobra fully modified and upgraded. Usually replacing the stoch supercvharger with a Whipple.

03-04 Cobra is nicknamed terminator. Bone stock or modified. It was given this name by JC who was in charge of the program. It was questioned about how it could perform against the Z28 and other cars in its class. After kicking butt, it terminated the discussion of who was king.. hence the name. The car actually has terminator stickers under the bumpers.

@jnita97 Actually sir, all 03-04 cobras are called terminators. Why you might ask? Because SV Team code named the 03-04 cobra the "terminator" while they were still in development.  It does not matter if it is stock or aftermarket, all 03-04 cobras are terminators, period.
