You could use bombs to blow up the snake puppets head. Temporarily stuns him. That's what I always do. It's alot easier that way then trying to shoot him with arrows while he's moving. The snake form is my favorite.

@Frostfire40 Okay, thanks! I'll have to try that.... and, while I didn't know that bombs stun him, I've hit his head with a light arrow before, and that also stuns him. =D

I absolutely do not like the snake form of Puppet Ganon, but the music rocks!

@TruthSword08 TOTALLY AGREED!!!! Although I do like the snake a bit.... Haha, the first time I fought Snake Ganon I got rid of it in like two minutes, if that. LOL And now look at how hard it suddenly is!!! XD
