To clear things up:

*Jailbreak Ipod/Iphone.

*Go to Cydia.

*Go to Manage> Then Click "Settings" in the upper right.

*Then select the last option, "Developer, NO Filters".

*Then go to sections.

*Scroll down till u see "Java".

*Click it, then click on Java Iphone Ipod Touch.

*Then click install in the upper right.

Done.
