I love this video, I don't think it would be possible to make a video that "fits" without it being too upsetting, or becoming a film! That is such a cute baby :) I love Emmy, I saw her at The Big Chill, she was really good and really funny

It's a funny idea, badly done. I'm as bad a Dad as this guy! I saw her live a couple of days ago. She can really sing and it grips you listening to all the stories she tells. Let's face it she's not in the same league as Billy Bragg or Joni Mitchell yet but I hope she sticks with it.

@blikeredaxis there are many great female songwriters
-
I don't like female songwriters, normally, but this is a moving song. If you can strike a chord with the blokes, then you are on to something.
Keep it up Emmy!

Hang on, This is still a great song. It makes me feel warm inside that people can still write stuff like this. It reminds me of the Kinks.

This is a fantastic song.

Emmy The Great is incredible, don't think she isn't because she isn't doing great in the charts. With most acts these days, it they are in the charts, it's because they appeal to the lowest denominator of people in British and American society.
But the UK especially will always have a core group of proper music lovers, where the likes of Emmy and Seth Lakeman will be appreciated for the incredible talent they have.
Emmy vs N'Dubz? I rest my case...

Emmy says, "sorry, we're together."

@IamWearingJeans i know completly what you mean, Laura Marling, Mumford and sons, Noah and the whale, Johnny Flynn and Emmy the Great, there barely ever in the charts and yet its so much better than the autotuned shit (excuse my language) in the charts, and plus they have so much more talent.

@kkwillsaveus EXACTLY!!!!! i am into music much more now than i ever was when i liked crappy pop, i wouldnt dare listen to chart music anymore since ive gotton into all the nu-folk movement in london, its so wonderful!

@nevermind1927 You can be a successful artist without being in the charts. And being in the charts means nothing, there’s a lot of shit in the top 40 these days. I wouldn’t want to be surrounded with that. The most talented artists are hardly seen in charts.

@nevermind1927 oh well of course she deserves success she is so talented
