  • Amazing transformation!! I have started Eat To Live about 5 weeks ago, and even though it has been good, I feel cravings stil...when did yours start to fade down??

  • wow, remarkable. Your face glows at the end. You now look like a different person. It looks like you got younger as the video goes on. Kudos to you!

  • Thanks for documenting that and posting! I'm trying to get everybody to go on Eat to Live and this might help! I don't want to be the only one that lives to be over 100!

  • Oh my gosh, what an amazing transformation! You look amazing!!! I just got this book to help me lose my baby weight, food is the only thing that makes me feel good at the moment so I hope it works. I love the vegan diet anyway, (im a vegetarian) but never went to vegan because I just didn't know what to eat! Thankfully the book has a menu. Your pics are so inspirational :D

  • is it the same person, you look in you're 50's at the beginning, and then like a twenty year old at the end. either way, very inspiring story, thank you for sharing!

  • Emily, Your progression is deeply inspiring. I am also following Eat To Live but with less than full committment. I will change that now. I have bookmarked this video to keep me on the straight and narrow. Thanks to sabertoothedlime for the Ben. Franklin quote. How true, especially regarding alcohol.

  • Ben Franklin wrote, " 'Tis easier to suppress the first desire than to satisfy all that follow." That certainly fits the abstinence message! Thanks for your inspiring story!

  • Nice.
