World champion pole dancer Pantera performs and speaks at Brass Ovaries Studio (3800 S. Congress, Austin) on June 18. 2009. She will teach a pole power class at the studio from 7 to 8 pm Monday June 22.

as far as the slipping on the pole, a lot of the time, it has nothing to do with practice.That pole gets slick from body moisture alone,as well as what type of metal it is and thickness can have a factor.Also, any type of body lotion or cream can stay on for days even after its been cleaned.
