This is just a quick video of me making some nice beefburgers at home.

These particular beefburgers are shallow fried in a frying pan, although if you want the healthier option, you can grill the burgers or put them on a hot plate, if you have one. These burgers are also great for barbecues as well.

When they are fried I use some kitchen roll to absorb and drain off the oil.

The burgers are particularly nice with some fried onions, spinach or lettuce and tomato ketchup. I like the Angus burgers because they taste nicer. They have a very rounded taste and very few additional ingredients and no sugar added to them, thank goodness.

So, this is a short video on how to make homemade beef burgers with fried onions, green leaves (spinach) and some tea. Quick, easy and delicious!
