Grand Theft Auto IV - anti-piracy

An anti-piracy measure Rockstar put in for those who did not purchase the game. Screen shakes uncontrollably. Makes me dizzy

The thing is, this was a legit version of IV (Steam version). Problem is solved now.

@Aerodeth not to mention every gun you pick up is empty, grenades and rockets are duds, and all melee(including trying to run people over with vehicles) attacks do nil damage, and cheats kill your guy
