I had him once in Roadblock (NORMAL, NOT SPIKE) and then I was like "Wh...?" I didnt hit him, went back, hit him hard and got 100K bounty, then those Heat lvl 5 corvettes catched me.....Maybe it was just Cross' trap lol.

I had this happen to me once, I took out his car I think it was like a 55,000 bouty for his car or somthing (it was awhile back)
