Hey Pete,

Since I've started watching your videos I became a huge fan of you and want to be a little bit like you! :P

1. How much do you chew the food your are eating?

2. At which age would you recommend starting on "bobybuilding" (Or rather eating more than a normal person does and equal it out with sport)? Because I am still a Teenager and I heard doing to much sport, specially bodybuilding isn't healthy for young people.

3. Which type of sport do you perform the most?
