it honestly confuses me as to how people fail to appreciate programs like city year, that do nothing but help america's youth. i guess people feel that helping others is not in their best interests.

What does Marxism and the "Obama Agenda" have to do with this video? Check the date: this video was made during the Bush Administration. Second, these Service youth put a lot of their own money (out of the monthly stipend that works out to less than half of national minimum wage) into helping these kids out. How much money and/or time have YOU voluntarily given to help out someone less privileged than you?

i graduated from city year this year. it was my first year doing it and its really fun! i think everyone should join it. not to mention it helps get u into hight school. im doing it for 8th grade and thruout highschool too! GO CITY YEAR AND YOUNG HEROS!

money is not slavery, debt is slavery. Debt is greed. To buy things you dont need with money you dont have is greed and you undo your liberty with every purchase you make when you dont have the money for the big screen TV.
Money is just a medium of exchange between two parties. To blame money is foolish and avoiding what the true slavery is.
