The first Sikh to offer his head to Guru Gobind Singh was Daya Ram, a Khatri from Lahore. Guru Gobind Singh was a Khatri himself. Then afterwards the second Sikh to offer his head was Dharam Singh, a Jatt from Hastinapur, (Dehli).

I don't have a problem with meat being served at the Gurdwara premises. It is allowed in Hazur Sahib, which is one of the 5 thakats then it can be allowed in Slough Gurdwara. What I have a problem is with the tobacco and alcohol.

Some of you guys don't know anything. In Sikhism, one of the main beliefs is in equality - NO CASTE SYSTEM!
