時局下、決戦体制の秋、創価教育学会員には益々尽忠報国の念を強
Under the circumstances of decisive battle this Fall, Soka Kyoiku Gakkai strengthens each members much more patriotism and spirit of devotion to the Imperial Japan.
め会員一同各職域に於いてその誠心を致し信心を強固にして米英打倒の日まで戦ひ抜かんことを切望す。依って各支部長は信心折伏について各会員に重ねて左の各項により此の精­神を徹底せしめんことを望む。
We request each members of Soka Kyoiku Gakkai reminds of the above with strong faith until overthrowing Great Britain & United States of America. Wishing each Chapter Chief persists above to all local members accordingly.

一　毎朝天拝（初座）に於いて御本山の御指示通り　皇祖天照大神皇宗神武天皇肇国以来御代々の鴻恩を謝し奉り敬神の誠を致し、国運の隆昌、武運長久を祈願すべきことを強調指導すべきこと。 　
1 First Prayer of Silent Prayers, according to the instruction of Head Temple, pray for the appreciation of Tensho Daijin and each successive emperor wishing for the prosperity of the nation and winning to the war. all above which should be necessary to emphasize for each local members.
一　学会の精神たる天皇中心主義の原理を会得し、誤りなき指導をなすこと。

1 We must learn "Emperor centrism" as the Gakkai Spirit, and should not be misled this guidance.
一　感情及利害を伴へる折伏はなさざること。
1 Do not shakubuku emotionally also interests related shakubuku should not be allowed.
一　創価教育学会の指導は生活法学の指導たることを忘る可からざること。
1 Do not forget that Soka Kyoiku Gakkai is "Life Law"
一　皇大神官の御札は粗末に取り扱はざる様敬神崇祖の念とこれを混同して、不敬の取り扱ひなき様充分注意すること。

Do not slander Shinto Shrines "Kamifuda（type of amulet sold at Shinto shrines） ", Handle very carefully.

●Mr. Makiguchi the first Pres. of Soka Kyoiku Gakkai

The first Pres.of Soka Kyoiku Gakkai Jozaburo(Tsunesaburo) Makiguchi was preaching ,"Now is the time to Shakubuku the Japanese government!" however, due to the reason to slander of Emperor, he was arrested by MP and died on Nov 18th,1944 in prison, he could not shakubuku even a person consequentially, which was ended in the result of contradiction.
