yes she did his name was danny and he was the sweetest dude u will ever meet he was awesome i loved him i miss him greatly and i cried when he died and yes he did die in an outbreak sam almosted died 2 but jason got the antidote in time for sam. alexis could have given the antidote 2 danny and just wait she could have survived it just needed 2 wait a little bit longer and Danny would b alive 2day.

His name was Danny and he died during the flu out break when she was still w/Jason. Sam begged Alexis (reminding her of her sacrifice for Kristina) to give Danny the shot that would cure him instead of her, since she wasn't as bad off as Danny, but Alexis took it thinking of her kids. She was sure they would use more of Luke's blood for a serum, but it was too late. Danny died and Sam blamed Alexis, saying she would pay her back it it was the last thing she did.

sam absolutely had a brother, he did die in the outbreak, that is when she permanently hated alexis because alexis pulled some sort of stunt again at the hospital and sam blamed her for her brother's death as well, right before she found out that alexis was her mother.

sam did have a brother i think has name as danny. has was her step brother by the parents that raised her. he died in outbreak i think. but she did have a brother
