Current law — known as the Hyde amendment — prohibits federal funding for abortion except in cases of rape, incest or to save the life of the mother.

I would want abortion to be illegal but the hyde amendment should stay what right does the president have to say that healthcare should be spent on abortion in his election he said he wouldnt tamper with abortion but he changes everything We the people should vote on this healthcare bill (that would be a direct democracy)
