@mohaa2007 They are civilians over there. Since they are not there for security contracting, they are not allowed to carry firearms. This video here is shows what happened to 2-3 civilians earlier into the war. One was shot in his truck then burned up. Another(the one from the truck that tipped over) was dragged from it and executed by guys wearing Iraqi police uniforms. As soon as I recognize this video I can not watch it any further.
