Sonic Mercury Gameplay Beta

The first level of my Sonic fangame, Sonic Mercury in its beta stage. I'm aware that the background is off and the ring collison could be better, but who cares, it's a beta :p Also, listen out for me tapping the keyboard like a madman at various stages of the video.
Note: YouTube killed the quality, the real game looks much better and runs much more smoothly. Also, the sound is off in this vid but in the real thing the audio is much better, as is the gameplay.

Nice ... And yes, I can see that youtube has stuffed up quality a bit with sounds etc. If you ever release a demo/beta to the public, just give me a pm.

He thought that this game was the Flash Sonic Game that's being stolen and ripped off all over the network. ROFL. Anyway, the game looks pretty decent. Although the level needs more twists and stuff :) Nice.
