The only side by side jet semi truck race in history! Bob Motz Jet Kenworth (black truck on the right hand side of the screen, left lane) vs. Kent Shockley driving Les Shockley's ShockWave Jet Peterbuilt (yellow truck left hand side of the screen). Bob Motz takes the win on the 1/8 mile with a small margin of victory. This is the only time these trucks will ever race, and they were never allowed to race before due to insurance reasons, and concerns over their large parachutes becoming tangled. I was also at this race..the firework show after was almost a amazing as this...norwalk hasnt ben the same since the nhra change...if you notice in the beginning a white banner blowing around, its was a giant picture of osama bin laden considering this was only a year after 9/11 it was very fitting. still get chills watching it now

Dad and I used to go watch Bob race all the time, Night Under Fire was always awesome, been a few years, gonna have to go back sometime soon :D
