@robertcule Since this car is a prototype, all of the parts had to be machined in a production run of one. This means that the cost of this car right now is waaaaaaaaay higher than it would be if this electric conversion is given a proper factory production run.in The prices on these new generation batteries are a huge factor in the cost of the car. This car is also 2 years in the making, so some parts are cheaper now than the time of original purchase.
