http://www.doyogawithme.com Using the complete, 3-part breath, this is a gentle rhythmic breathing technique that has a repeating cycle of inhalation, exhalation and retentions. It is very good for relaxing the entire nervous system, letting go of the emotions and calming the mind.

  • Probably the most useful exercise for people suffering from mental problems, lung problems and anyone who is having a rough Kundalini awakening. I wish I learned about this sooner. I only tried it once but seems a good technique for practicing focus meditation and/or single point meditation. My mind cannot concentrate on doing this and thinking at the same time. I find this much more viable than visualising an object for meditating. Thank you for explaining how to do this technique clearly.
