http://www.doyogawithme.com Using the complete, 3-part breath, this is a gentle rhythmic breathing technique that has a repeating cycle of inhalation, exhalation and retentions. It is very good for relaxing the entire nervous system, letting go of the emotions and calming the mind.
Probably the most useful exercise for people suffering from mental problems, lung problems and anyone who is having a rough Kundalini awakening. I wish I learned about this sooner. I only tried it once but seems a good technique for practicing focus meditation and/or single point meditation. My mind cannot concentrate on doing this and thinking at the same time. I find this much more viable than visualising an object for meditating. Thank you for explaining how to do this technique clearly.
