Extending the previous video, these rosettes are made using a variety of decorative edge punches. You may want to watch the other video as this one skims over some of the basic detail and focuses mostly on the scoring.

The song is called Roseville Fair and the band is, I think, The Mill Run Dulcimer Band - the main singer is my FIL :) If not MRDC then it's Doofus, his other band!
