pilotcar.tv - Impatient Commuter Nearly Causes Wreck Beacon NY

This clip was taken while escorting a Burger King sign oversize load at the Newburgh-Beacon toll on I-84 East. At the 1:16 mark you'll see an impatient commuter fly past an 18 wheeler just as the 8 lanes close down into 2 lanes nearly rear-ending the car ahead of him. Luck was smiling on this idiot this time, but aggressive drivers are not only a hazard to themselves but everyone else on the roadway. Accidents happen in seconds... keep alert.

the camera can be confusing but those breaklights aren't.the man obviously was heading to the prison just up the road a bit. he was on his way to pick up a passenger.
