This is a video of my good friend Mike and his FIRST RC SOLO. Yes, I captured it on video and this is his RC flight. He and I were friends a long time ago when a gigabyte was unheard of and we ran a "BBS" bulletin board system, and the internet was just beginning. Since then, we grew apart, but over 10 years later we met in a restaurant and find out we only live 4 miles apart now.

A great new friendship was made again. What a coincidence?

Mike just got an RC plane and he and I are ripping up the broadband again, but with a twist.

Enjoy this video and look forward to more.

Thanks,

Eric

  • wow...good job!

  • @roberttreboranita thanks

  • Now try a nitro......that's when the real flying begins. I'd recommend a buddy box system, though.

  • @haljohn2814 good idea. Thanks for watching.

  • I had the original Firebird as a first rc plane, but mine literally flew away. Must have got caught in a thermal or something.

  • They are fun to fly. Thanks for watching.
