joshua hendrix 5'2" white kid with a 32" vertical jump, been strength training for basketball season, and now I purchased Jumpsoles 2 1/2 weeks ago and I am eager to see how high I can get at jumping. this is me attempting a 55" box jump at our gym

@henryhammer yeah everyone knows that because when you go to dunk you dont run you just jump from a dead stop especially if you're 5'2". i hit 49" without run workin on depth jumping here effin kid posting comments when you cant do anything near this prolly break your neck trying to jump like i do haha

not a vertical jump, the point of box jumps is explosiveness. running up and leaping isnt explosive. hate bein that guy, but if your gonna make a video like this be prepared for criticism

It doesn't matter what people say. Just one thing. Jealousy is ugly. The better way to tell them how high you can jump is at your eye level. Some people cam jump 65" but they're taller and probably at their chest level. So you can jump higher than them if you do the math.
