  • Should these be done before as well? :o)

  • @GlitterMamma Before a run? I don't recommend it. Warming up and doing some dynamic stretching might be fine, but static stretches like these are not beneficial before exercise. It's best to wait until your body is extra warm at the end.

  • The exeternal obliques were torn with some judo. This improved them.
